I’m originally from Atlanta, GA, USA, but am now living in Alabama.

I started blogging three years ago, first with the predictable “all purpose blog” then progressing to creating and writing a blog written from my cat’s point of view for a year (really!) then a few more blogs – one each about personality, blogging tips, and study skills. Last summer I realized that the thing that fascinates me, the thing that I can’t shut up about to my friends and family, is the internet. So I began my current blog, Internet Living. It’s a broad topic, so I’m having fun sharing anything from a look at the Google Chrome Notebook to my latest follies in niche site development.

I have two kids still at home and a full time job, so I’ve actually tried to stay away from blogging a lot of the time so that I can do a decent job of the “in real life” stuff, but the internet is my hobby – and I hope someday it will be my career.

But a better crop of subscribers are those who eventually become your customers (assuming you are selling your own stuffs on your blog). They have actually committed cash in return for what you have to offer.

Welcome back. Please you’re well. I am in a lucky place and the moment, over time you’ll see me promoting some new and upcoming blogs. This weekend was an experiment on Twitter to see who uses social media to learn and engage – to those who promote tacky products.

It’s important to develop a network. We all need people in our lives and be connected. I can relate to having little time.

It’s also about having quality people on your Twitter list. I’ve deleted 800 people from my Twitter account, because a lot of them were marketers, tweeting irrelevant information, the problem is you miss out on the quality.

Having a family is a huge commitment in its self.

Yep life’s busy. I want to keep this blog going because it’s done so much for me. Guest blogging is something I’ve considered. I’ll honestly think with working 40 hours a week on marketing. I’ll have something to write.
